Responsibilities:
(Include but not limited to) Organizing and planning weddings and special events Organizational skills necessary Create contracts and email to clients Give wedding and education tours Plan a variety of events Answering emails & phone calls Processing online and phone orders through Quickbooks Must have excellent English fluency skills (spoken and written) Exercise good judgment, trustworthy and maintain confidentiality Maintain a positive and efficient working environment Must have the ability to approach unfamiliar tasks with flexibility and a willingness to learn Must be able to follow instructions and carry out tasks accordingly Be able to work occasional weekends when needed Help with multiple projects and events Prioritize, execute and delegate tasks
Qualifications:
Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook Quickbooks experience is a plus Job Type:
